Encyclopaedia Britannica ends print, goes digital
The oldest English-language encyclopedia, which has been in continuous print since 1768, will end publication of printed editions and move to a digital-only format. Print editions will be available until the current stock of around 4000 sells out.

(Reuters) – In yet another sign of the growing dominance of the digital publishing market, the oldest English-language encyclopedia still in print is moving solely into the digital age.
