Der 1944 in Northumberland, England, geborene britische Filmregisseur Tony Scott (Bild) ist am 19. August 2012 in San Pedro, Los Angeles, Kalifornien gestorben. Er war vor allem durch seine Actionfilme (wie «Top Gun») bekannt geworden.
