Die am 5. Januar 1946 als Diane Hall in Los Angeles geborene US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, Filmregisseurin und -produzentin Diane Keaton (Bild) ist am 11. Oktober 2025 ebenda gestorben. International bekannt wurde sie durch die Rolle der Kay Adams, der Frau von Michael Corleone in Francis Ford Coppolas Mafiaepos «The Godfather» («Der Pate», 1972) sowie dessen Fortsetzungen «Der Pate – Teil II» und «Der Pate III». Für ihre Darstellung der Annie Hall in Woody Allens «Annie Hall» («Der Stadtneurotiker», 1977) wurde sie 1978 als beste Hauptdarstellerin mit einem Oscar und einem Golden Globe ausgezeichnet. (*)
